Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a couple of days of placing the order. Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout but expect 1-2 weeks in general.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, orders placed directly through our website ship to U.S. addresses only. We’re actively exploring options to expand international shipping in the future.
In the meantime, our artwork is also available through our Pictorem store at https://www.pictorem.com/profile/MotivatePrints. Pictorem offers free shipping within the continental U.S. and Canada, as well as worldwide shipping on artwork that can be rolled and shipped in a tube. Refund & Issue Resolution Policy
At MotivatePrints, every piece is made to order — uniquely printed just for you the moment you purchase it. Because each item is created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size selection, or preference.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, flawed, or not as expected, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at support@motivateprints.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Our artwork combines human creativity with modern digital tools, including AI. Technology may assist with idea exploration and refinement, but every final piece is shaped, edited, and approved by a human to ensure it meets our creative and quality standards.
