Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged, flawed, or not as expected, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at support@motivateprints.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost or provide an appropriate solution.
